Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is the ultimate motorcycle event and destination for riders worldwide to visit each year. With millions in attendance, this small town in South Dakota is transformed with the noises of revving bikes, and motorcycle enthusiasts who come to celebrate their love of the motorcycle lifestyle. Since 2018, BWP has supplied a number of vendors, including Fox Factory Inc., Speed & Strength, J&P Cycles, Highway 21, and a number of liquor brands. This year we look forward to working with several new clients as well!

BWP excels at sourcing staff and promotional models to travel to this event, working 5-10 days to support our clients with merchandise sales, product promotion, lead generation, and promotional material distribution.

Sturgis is a notoriously difficult event to staff due to the location and logistics. For several years Backwoods Promotions provided us with promotional models and event staff to work at our booth, and all staff were wonderful. They arrived on time, were presentable and engaging despite the long hours. We will reach out to Backwoods Promotions next time we need staff to work at this event.
