As brand ambassadors, it is our primary goal to crank up the positive energy at an event! A smile is contagious and so is positive energy. We have the ability to turn new customers into repeat happy customers. At each event our main goal is to deepen value and reveal the benefits of that particular brand.

 

1. Listen Carefully
Listening to our customers’ needs helps to merge their interests with the product/service at each event and creates value. Listen attentively, with arms unfolded and soft eye contact to demonstrate your openness to listen to what a customer is saying. Highlight key features and explain how they can benefit from it. Demonstrating confidence and speaking with enthusiasm draws potential customers to our clients’ booth and brand!


 

2. Stay up Beat
If a potential customer strays away from a brand or product you are representing, we as professionals are prepared to turn their frown upside down. Instead of letting the opposition dim your light, stay upbeat! A simple response, for example: “I can understand that” then continue on with a positive suggestion or alternative for the customer: “Here is what we have to offer''.


3.Good Vibes Only
Build further rapport by finishing your explanation with a question. “What else can I do for you?” You may notice he/she is more relaxed and interested in what you’re saying. By quickly providing a solution, you’ve created an opportunity to inform the listener of the perks your brand offers! Make your explanation clear, authentic, and short in order to maintain your customer’s interest. If you find that you don’t have the appropriate answer he/she is looking for, direct them to someone who does.They will appreciate the time you take to meet their needs. 
4. Mission Accomplished
You’ve gone above and beyond to encourage your customer to ask questions and express their feelings. Which brings you closer to your goals that were set at the beginning of the event. If you uncovered any issues that your customer has faced, you will feel satisfied by providing them with resources to enhance their experience. End your presentation with simply asking him/her “Have I provided enough clarity today?” and thank them for their time!
