The past few months have already flown by! Attending so many events in different locations keeps us busy, and so it's always nice to have a chance to sit down and reflect on the past few months. Check out our top events that we have staffed this spring. We look forward to posting another update soon with some exciting new clients for our summer event schedule. 

Landscape Ontario Show // Kubota Canada 

This event in Canada's largest and longest running trade show and conference for landscape professionals. Located at the Toronto Congress Centre, it features 400 exhibitors eager to showcase the latest equipment, materials and supplies for this expansive industry. Our brand ambassadors supported the Kubota team with lead generation, promoting the brand and products, and handing out promotional items to event attendees. 

Snocross events 

Working with the Warnert Racing & Makita Tools team, we provided a two brand ambassadors to work all 2024 ISOC snocross races this season. Our staff had such a fun time promoting this great team and company. At the end of the day, who doesn't love working at a snocross event?! 

Canadian Motorcycle Shows 

 Our team has been staffing Canadian Motorcycle Shows for Harley-Davidson since 2018; however due to COVID some of these shows did not return until this year. We were thrilled to be able to work and staff the full show schedule this year. Tradeshows were located in Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver area. Our company provided a tour manager and a full team of brand ambassadors to engage with motorcycle riders and enthusiasts, and to support lead generation. The shows were a success and our teams had a great time working for this iconic brand!  

Boat Shows 

This year we provided hostesses and brand ambassadors to work with Sea-Doo, Manitou Pontoon Boats and Alumacraft, at a total of 8 different shows in Canada and the USA. From the Miami Boat Show, to the Toronto International Boat Show, New York Boat Show and more, we truly enjoyed connecting with watersports enthusiasts excited to get out on the water this summer! 

Great American Outdoor Show

This 9-day show focuses on hunting, fishing and outdoor interested, and is well attended by so many enthusiasts who are excited to see new products, gear and vehicles. We were thrilled to return with Can-Am Off-Road, promoting their lineup of ATV's and UTV's. 

Olivia Rodrigo Concerts

What a fun and unique experience for us to be part of! Our team of brand ambassadors supported a highly engaging activation outside of concert venues in Montreal and Toronto. Everyone maintained great energy and enthusiasm throughout, this was a great event to be part of! 

Ski-Doo Sneak Peek events

We love working every spring to promote the new MY Ski-Doo snowmobiles! This season we worked at 16 different locations in Canada and the USA, including the Jackson Hole Hill Climbs, to support the Ski-Doo team with lead generation, and product promotion. We had a great time connecting with snowmobile enthusiasts, eager to spring check their sled for the upcoming winter season. 

Daytona Bike Week

Another great year at Daytona Bike Week! We were excited to work again with Polaris Slingshot, supporting demo rides and lead generation, and also with Yamaha, helping out with their on-site photo activation. Our teams rocked it, and had a great time working at this event! 

Mint 400 

Another great year working at this iconic off-road race in the Nevada desert! This year we supported Fox Factory Inc., with their 50th anniversary merchandise, and we also Sylvania Off-Road. Both brands had booth locations on Fremont Street in Las Vegas for contingency day, and also at the start/finish line where race fans alike flocked to see their favorite racers. 

NASCAR 

This spring we had staff working at the NASCAR Kids activation at the Daytona 500, and also at races in Phoenix, Richmond and Martinsville. Kids had the opportunity to enjoy remote control cars, races in mini-cars, legos and more, and our staff supported with this great activation! 

Formula Drift Long Beach

Working with Toyota Racing, our brand ambassadors supported on-site with lead generation and handing out swag to event attendees. 

Moto GP 

Another great weekend spent at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX, supporting Yamaha with their on-site photo activation! 

Jeep Beach 

And finally.. we just finished up working at Jeep Beach in Daytona, FL with the Fox Factory Inc. team, one of our long-term clients. Our staff supported this client with sales for their 50th anniversary merchandise. We look forward to returning to this event again next year!
