It seems like Fall is always the busiest season for us, with so many events occuring at the same time, in both Canada and the United States! Check out our top events that we have staffed this Fall with brand ambassadors, promotional models, tour managers and more! 

Crandon World Championships

Dubbed the "Super Bowl of Short Course", this Labor Day weekend tradition has been running for 54 years now. Each year over 55,000 race fans flock to Wisconsin to watch the fast-paced racing action, featuring 400 Pro and ASportsman AMSOIL COR Series teams that make up the Ultra4 Racing Series. Racers compete to earn the title of 2024 Crandon World Champion. This year, our staff supported the Fox Factory Inc. team on-site with merchandise sales and product promotion. It was a great event and one we look forward to returning to again soon! 

Powersports Auctions

This year we have continued to work with National Powersport Auctions to provide flag girls at six different auction locations located in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Lakeland and Sacramento. Staff have enjoyed working with the on-site teams there to support each auction either on a monthly or biweekly basis. 

 Harley-Davidson Events

After concluding the summer cross-Canada demo ride tour, our staff then supported Harley-Davidson Canada with the "Level-up" Experience in Ottawa (Sept 7), the Friday 13th event in Port Dover (Sept 13), and the Corduroy Enduro (Sept 18-21) in Northern Ontario. All were great events aimed at either connecting with new or existing riders, either to support them to upgrade to a higher CC bike, to engage consumers at a high-volume event like Friday 13th or an off-road/enduro event like Corduroy Enduro where they could test out the Pan America. 

 Hay Days Snowmobile Event

This event is one of our biggest events of the year, and one we have continued to staff since 2014! In total, we had 20 staff working with 8 different clients and vendors across the Hay Days Grass Drags grounds, located in North Branch, MN. Our staff supported Ski-Doo, Can-Am, KLIM, Freshies Built, Backwoods BMP, Boondock Nation, Makita Tools, and Fox Factory Inc., with a variety of tasks related to consumer engagement, lead generation, merchandise sales and more. It was a fun and successful event, we can't wait until next year! 

  Drive Festival

This was our second year staffing this event, located at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park in Bowmanville, ON. We were proud to support Lincoln, Ford and also Mobil 1 at this event with a total of 15 staff present supporting all clients. Ford and Lincoln both had static activation areas in addition to a Ride and Drive component. Our teams supported with greeting event attendees, lead generation, consumer engagement and other duties as needed. 

Mobil 1 was celebrating it's 50th anniversary this year, and we are excited to share that we have been working with this company since 2014. It was so fun to work with the on-site team to promote the anniversary year! Despite some wild weather this weekend, our teams rocked it with their positive energy and enthusiasm throughout the weekend! 

Sand Sports Super Show

Known as the World's largest Sand Sports Expo, this event brings hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees to Costa Mesa, CA to check out the latest and greatest products that cater to the dune buggy, off-road and sand sports industry. This is an event we have staffed since 2018 with a number of clients, and one we truly enjoy given our passion for the sand sports industry. This year we supported our clients Can-Am Off-Road and Fox Factory Inc., with brand ambassadors to interact and engage with attendees. From free live screen-printed t-shirt giveaways, to free tattoos at the Can-Am booth, giveaways and 50th anniversary merchandise at the Fox booth, these booths were always busy! 

Snowmobile Events (Fall Tour) 

We just wrapped up the fall snowmobile tour which consisted of nine snowmobile shows in both Canada and the United States. This tour took us to the Big East Snowmobile Show (Syracuse), New Hampshire Grass Drags, Utah Snowmobile Show, Novi Snowmobile Show (Michigan), Idaho Snowmobile Show, Alberta Snowmobile Show, Toronto Snowmobile, ATV & Powersports Show and Grand Salon de la Motoneige (Quebec). Our work with this iconic snowmobile brand dates back ten years now, and given our background and passion for the snowmobile industry, these events are certainly near and dear to our hearts. We take pride in hiring snowmobile riders and enthusiasts who can promote the brand well, engage with consumers, generate leads and make genuine connections with enthusiasts across North America. Below is just a snapshot of some event pictures that we captured from the fall tour this year. 

Fuel for Kids (Fall Tour)

This is a tour we have been supporting since 2015! Held in the spring and fall, Fortinos Racing visits schools across the Greater Toronto area to facilitate a safety presentation, to show students what it's like to race a car, and after the school presentation, the team supports a BBQ fundraiser at a local Fortinos grocery store. Thousands of dollars have been raised over the years to support local schools. We would like to congratulate Dave on his retirement from the program this year, and we look forward to working with drag racer, Shawna Woudstra, in 2025! 

Schneider Electric Events

This tour took us to consumer events across Canada, in Oshawa, Saskatoon, Quebec, Winnipeg, Kingston, Calgary and British Columbia. Our brand ambassadors had a great time engaging with electricians to promote the Schneider Electric reward points program, while giving away prizes and generating leads. 

Canada's Outdoor Farm Show

Canada's Outdoor Farm Show is an event we have been staffing for years. One of the largest farming and agriculture shows in Canada, this event, located in Woodstock, ON has been running for 25 years now and showcases the newest and most innovative products and technology in agriculture. Our team of four brand ambassadors suppported the Kubota Canada team to engage with consumers, generate leads, hand out promotional items and promote the brand and their products. It was a successful event and one we look forward to returning to again next year! 

Fall Farm Shows 

Fall farm shows sure keep us busy! From the MN Farm Fest, Ag Progress Days (PA), Farm Progress Show (IA), Expo Champs (QC), Farm Science Review (OH), Sunbelt Ag Expo (GA), Amarillo Farm & Ranch Show (TX), Ozark Fall Farm Fest (MO) and more, we don't stop from August to December! This year, we had several teams working these farm shows with both Can-Am and Spraytec Fertilizers to engage with consumers and showcase new product. It was a great season, where we were thrilled to place brand ambassadors and hostesses with direct farming and agriculture experience to work at these shows and with these clients. 

MSU Games

This is our second year now working at MSU games in Lansing, MI, with the Can-Am team! We've had a great time engaging with football fans, while at the same time promoting the Can-Am brand and products. 

National FFA Convention 

Located in Indianapolis, IN, this event supports the Future Farmers of America annd focuses on supporting leadership and development of students while also welcoming members who aspire to careers as teachers, doctors, scientists, business owners and more. We worked with Can-Am Off-Road to promote the brand and ORV products. Our brand ambassador engaged with event attendees, encouraging them to play Plinko, enter a contest to win a SXS, all while learning about the latest and greatest Can-Am products. 

UTV Events 

This year we staffed the UTV Invasion events in Oklahoma & Idaho, along with UTV Takeover in Utah, Glamis Halloween, plus a number of Can-Am demo events ranging in location from Las Vegas to California! Encouraging riders to test out the newest Can-Am Off-Road vehicles was a fun experience and a tour we have supported for years. From demo ride registration, post-ride feedback, lead generation and consumer engagement, our staff were certainly kept busy at these events! 

Overland Expos

We are well versed with Overland Expos and off-road events, they are industries we know well and have promoted for years. This year we had the opportunity to work with Rhino Rack at Overland Expo events in Flagstaff (AZ), Redmond (OR), Loveland (CO) and Arrington (VA). Our staff worked to support the Rhino Rack team with promoting their latest and great products, lead generation and handing out promotional items. We had a great time and look forward to working at these events next year! 

Scene Points Activations

For one week we supported the Scene Points Plus activation at locations in Toronto and Ottawa. Our brand ambassadors and team leads engaged with consumers at movie theatre locations to give out great prizes and promote the Scene Points program. The events were a lot of fun, with lots of pleased points members! 

Formula Drift 

We had a blast working with Toyota Gazoo Racing this season, at race events in California, Georgia and Utah. Our brand ambassadors supported the on-site team with consumer engagement, crowd gathering, lead generation and handing out prizes, all while promoting Toyota and the race team. 

7-Eleven

Want to know a fun fact?! 7-Eleven hasn't opened a new store in Arizona in 40 years. I'm sure you can imagine our delight when we got to be a part of several exciting grand opening events in Goodyear and Surprise this year. Complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony, visit by the Mayor, vendors, games, prizes and more, our staff composed of a team lead, brand ambassadors and mascot certainly kept busy! 

SEMA 

Winding down with the year and major automotive events, we also had the opportunity to provide a team of four brand ambassadors to work with Rhino Rack at SEMA. The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It brings the industry’s most talented individuals and hottest products to Las Vegas, Nevada annually for the largest showcase of it's kind. In addition, the SEMA Show provides attendees with educational seminars, product demonstrations, special events, networking opportunities and more. Over the years, our agency has provided brand ambassadors, promotional models, product specialists and more to companies showcasing at this industry tradeshow.
