We are all looking for ways to stay optimistic and keep trucking along as we practice social distancing. We all enjoy connecting with others that share similar passions and hobbies, yet, what makes our industry unique is we can enjoy and promote what we love while doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

#RideItOut
Normally, you can find motorcycle enthusiasts forming together, cruising along highways and open winding roads. At the moment, riding solo is a great way to keep doing what you love. It allows you to get outside and release endorphins - “motorcycle therapy” if you will. When you're out on your personal excursion, stop by beautiful scenic passes and snap photos of the places you’ve come to share with your circle of riders.

Hit the water
Fishing is a relaxing way to go to the great outdoors and decompress while practicing social distancing. With Spring among us, days have gotten longer and are starting to warm up. Revv up your Evinrude Outboard Motor, cruise a vast lake or the open sea and throw in your lure. Maybe you’ll even reach a new goal by reeling in your biggest catch! The Sea-Doo FISH PRO is equipped with agility, durability, and power, allowing you to explore new locations and get you closer to the action. No watercraft? No problem. Get your fishing gear and post up along your favourite fishing spot.

Off the beaten path
Off-roading produces a surge of adrenaline that makes us feel alive. Grab your helmet and take your solo ride to a new destination or your go to spot. The Can-Am Maverick X3 and the Outlander are vehicles that create a heart pumping experience while taking you further into the backwoods or furiously over sand dunes. Where there’s snow, we shred
The moment you get your hands on a snowmobile, it’s love at first braap! In many areas, there is still deep snow that many sledheads want to make the best out of before it all melts away. Be mindful of areas such as National Parks that may have restrictions at this time. If you are local to the state you are riding in, you may know where secluded areas are to get your Ski-Doo fix in.

Move your body

  • At home workouts - It’s very motivating to see many people posting their at home workout videos. There’s plenty you can do with little to no equipment and more than enough resources online to utilize so get your sweat in.You may even want to form your own challenge group to create a sense of community, hold yourself accountable, as well as inspire others to keep moving. One of our favourite Youtube pages for online workouts is Fitness Blenders. Check it out!
  • Run, Hike, or Bike -   Currently these are all safe activities to partake in as long as you follow the recommended safety measures. Outdoor fitness activities will give you fresh air, elevate mood, release endorphins, and give you a good dose of Vitamin D. Always keep your distance at least 6 feet away from others for safety and prevention. Wisely put by The Outbound Collective, when venturing out for your daily workout minimize touch points and “Think home --> car --> trail (and reverse)”.
